Our software calculates values on a "Current Basis" utilizing the product's current participation rate,
spread and cap. You can show your client the year by year performance of the index, the percentage change of the index,
the amount of interest credited to the account, and the account balance with the annualized return.
We also show the same values on a "Guaranteed Basis" if the company adjusted the participation rate,
spread and cap to the lowest values allowed in the contract. Thus, we can hypothetically illustrate the range
of values for the lowest possible to highest possible returns based on the historical closing value of the index.
Our software also allows you to set an "Assumed Rate of Return" from -1.0% to 12% allowing you to project future
values, an excellent way to compare one method of calculation to another.
